Effective Date: May 20, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the application Ascension: Goals & Habits (the “Licensed Application”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Licensed Application.
1. Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Ascension Global Solutions LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”).
Ascension Global Solutions LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
This EULA does not conflict with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you also agree to comply with.
2. Scope of License
The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
The Licensed Application may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where applicable.
You may not:
- redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app
- reverse engineer or extract source code
- modify or create derivative works
- use the app on devices you do not own or control
3. Maintenance and Support
Ascension Global Solutions LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support for the Licensed Application.

4. Warranty
Ascension Global Solutions LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.
In the event the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Apple has no other warranty obligation
- any other claims related to warranty failure are the sole responsibility of Ascension Global Solutions LLC
The Licensed Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
5. Product Claims
You acknowledge that Ascension Global Solutions LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
- product liability claims
- claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements
- claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws
- claims arising from use of AI features, subscriptions, or data processing
Ascension Global Solutions LLC is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Ascension Global Solutions LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for:
- investigation
- defense
- settlement
- and discharge of such claims
7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
(ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Licensed Application.

9. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store terms
- Google Play terms (if applicable)
- Stripe terms for web payments
- Google authentication terms
- Apple Sign-In terms
- any AI service provider terms used in the application
Failure to comply with third-party terms may result in suspension of access to the Licensed Application.
10. Third-Party Beneficiary
You and Ascension Global Solutions LLC acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Additional Terms (App Functionality)
The Licensed Application may include:
- AI coaching and suggestions
- goal and habit tracking tools
- reminders and notifications
- optional subscription-based features
- account synchronization across devices
These features may rely on third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ascension Global Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Licensed Application.
Total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Acceptance
By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
